This is a difficult time for many and it is easy to tell people what they would like to hear..............that's the easy way. However it is not the right way to do business in this environment or any environment! I have been a licensed Realtor since 1984 and I have had the pleasure of helping both sellers and buyers in good times and bad as a full time Broker-Sales Representative. I have seen all the changes in the real estate market over the years and have learned to deal with them and advise my clients and customers accordingly. The truth, although sometimes not pleasant, is the only way to approach the process of both buying and selling.

And if you think that this industry is tiresome, try running a marathon! I have completed over 30 of them in the past 10+ years and I'm still going. I apply the same determination to my professional life as I do to my marathon training. There are many hills to climb, many hours to run, many frustrations and triumphs - the two are quite similar.
